Carry out surveys and select the best places to accomplish work which is susceptible to enhance the forest value, with the possibility of executing preliminary work (tree marking) as well as harvesting, using the Development of Private Woodlots program.

In order to answer increasingly high demanding standards, we have teams (since 1993) who specialize in the preparation of harvesting, mainly inventory (10 000 ha/year) and tree marking (3 000 ha/year). Therefore, we work for a lot of the companies in the region as well as for many woodlot owners who carry out their own harvesting. This activity allows us to stay up to date on the latest technological information in forestry.

The various forest operations that we contract for owners who don't have their own machinery allow us to harvest approximately 20 000 m3 of wood (approx. 650 loads). This workload allows us to maintain our regular teams and put the necessary efforts in their training (all our fallers are obligated to obtain their directional falling accreditation under WCB specifications) to ensure that their professional work ethics are constantly upgraded. Selective logging is mandatory under the Agency's regulations wherever feasible. We also try to offer a competitive price for our timber sales. Timber marketing has become one of our specialties.

Our needs have compelled us to acquire the most modern equipments (GPS, database, computers, software, coloured laser printer, digital camera, photo scanner...) in order to try to produce the best quality of studies and reports.

We like to think that we promptly and efficiently achieve specific demands from our various clients. In light of this, we recently completed a forest survey and a wildlife potential analysis of the intra-municipal lots for the Pontiac County and offered to them the possibility to have a forest-wildlife management plan done on their property.
